Ellen Eagleson joined MBCB after obtaining her B.A. in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana. While enrolled, she acted as a Resident Assistant and was involved in many on campus activities. She is enrolled in the Paralegal Certificate program at IUPUI and is a member of the Indiana Paralegal Association.
Ellen is a Receptionist and Legal Assistant for MBCB and is often the first person interacting with clients and counsel visiting our office. In addition to managing the daily operations of the firm, Ellen participates in the progress of many cases to ensure an efficient and value-based experience for our clients. She enjoys keeping the firm running smoothly, accommodating clients, and interacting with court staff.
Ellen brings her organizational skills, proficiency in Spanish, and interpersonal aptitude from her personal and educational background to MBCB.
Ellen graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in April 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Spanish. She was a Resident Assistant on campus and was involved in USI’s Special Olympics club. Her commitment to inclusivity led Ellen to be awarded the USI Housing & Residence Life Diversity Core Award for the 2017-2018 academic school year.
She is also currently attending IUPUI to obtain her Paralegal certificate and expects to graduate in December 2020.
During her time at USI, she volunteered at an ESL lab which helped those with English as a second language obtain their GED.
