Background & Current Focus

Jeff advises businesses of all sizes–but particularly startups and scale-ups–on those critical moments from inception to funding. Having started a half-dozen companies of his own, he knows what it takes to grow a concept from an idea into an enterprise.

During his career, Jeff has served as a critical advisor to companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to companies of one. He has significant high-severity data experience, having served US firms and Canadian public sector entities with his own high-security technical solution. He also has extensive international experience, most recently as a co-founder to a Swedish climate startup where he was the CEO during a fundraise of over US$30M.

In addition to holding various software patents of his own, Jeff loves the thrill of his own early stage startups. He finds complicated, regulated environments particularly interesting, and truly enjoys helping others along their growth journeys.
